1. Q: How can I place an order?

A: You can contact any of our sales people for an order. Please tell us the details of your requirement as straight forwardly as possible. So we can send the quotation the first time. For designing or further discussion, it is better to contact us through  email, WeChat, WhatsApp, or phone.In case of any delays.

2. Do you take part in fairs, and what are the fairs, to be specific?

3. Where are you located? May I go and visit your company?

Our head office is registered in Hong Kong, and we operate several manufacturing facilities in mainland China. You are very welcome to visit us for factory inspection or business discussions. Just let us know in advance, and we will arrange everything for you.

4. Do you provide after-sales services? And what kind of after-sales services are they?

5. Do you look for agents? What are the treatment and application conditions for dealers?

6. What certificates do you have for the products？

Our finned tubes and related products meet international standards such as ISO, ASTM, EN, and ASME. We also provide material test reports (MTC 3.1/3.2), pressure test reports, and third-party inspections (TÜV, SGS, BV) upon request to ensure full compliance and traceability.

7. How long is the lead time usually?

Standard finned tubes are typically delivered within 4 weeks. For customized specifications or large orders, the lead time is usually 4–6 weeks. We also offer urgent production and partial shipments if your project is time-sensitive.
