STUDDED TUBES

Studded Tube

Studded Tubes are designed for high-temperature and high-fouling environments. Metal studs are welded directly onto the tube surface, increasing the external heat transfer area while allowing ash, dust, or particles to pass easily between studs.

This design makes studded tubes especially suitable for waste heat boilers, incinerators, cement kilns, and furnace applications where conventional finned tubes may suffer from clogging or erosion.

Studded Tubes are widely used in extreme operating conditions involving high temperatures, corrosive gases, and heavy fouling. The studs are firmly welded onto the tube surface, providing excellent resistance to thermal stress and mechanical wear.

Compared with finned tubes, studded tubes allow better gas flow and reduce ash accumulation, resulting in lower maintenance requirements and longer service life.

 

H TYPE LASER Welded Finned Tube

H-Type Laser Welded Finned Tube

H-Type Laser Welded Finned Tubes feature two parallel steel fins laser-welded symmetrically onto the tube surface, forming an “H” shape. This structure significantly increases heat transfer area while maintaining excellent mechanical stability.

They are commonly used in boilers, economizers, air preheaters, and flue gas heat recovery systems.

H-Type Laser Welded Finned Tubes are designed for large heat transfer surfaces and high gas-side heat transfer efficiency. The H-shaped fin structure improves turbulence on the gas side while reducing pressure drop.
